Vue's distinctive pair of 16
story luxury condominium buildings will offer the most affordable new
residences anywhere near the beach in Fort Lauderdale. And it will include
the exclusive Vue Cabana Club with a pool and
other amenities right on
the beach.
These new buildings and
beautifully landscaped grounds will be located along Florida Route A1A, also
known as North Ocean Boulevard. This stretch of roadway runs along Fort
Lauderdale Beach and was designated as one of the most beautiful highways
in America by AAA.
The location is convenient to
shopping and the nightlife of Las Olas Boulevard and the business and
financial center of downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Nearby buildings include
Shore Club and the very fashionable Palms. This stretch of beach is a hot
spot in South Florida and will only become more desirable as property
suitable for this kind of development becomes more scarce.
Each tower at Vue will have
fewer than 80 units, with only five or six condo residences on each floor,
accessible by four elevators.
The two story Cabana Club
will include a large pool, whirlpool spa, showers and bathrooms as well as
23 individual cabanas with private bathrooms, wet bar, mini-fridge and
more.
Other amenities include a
grand entrance with fountains, 24-hour front desk and valet service, sports
lounge with billiards and a hi-tech cardio-vascular fitness center
overlooking the Intracoastal.
Residences all feature
floor-to-ceiling tinted glass windows to maximize views, generous terraces,
Italian kitchen cabinets with granite countertops and high end appliances.
Bathrooms are finished with Kohler fixtures and marble floors and vanities.
Each unit also provides spacious walk-in closets and full-capacity washers
and dryers. One underground parking space is provided with each
residence.
Residences range from 910 sq
ft one bedroom, one bath units from to generous 1800 sq ft three bedroom,
three bath units. Every residence has at least one terrace. Some have
three. Corner units have great wrap-around terraces.
Groundbreaking has taken
place on schedule and completion expected the first quarter of 2005. |
